Pick your Day 1. The app tracks you for 90 days on the winter arc rules: water only, no fast food, 7–8 hours of sleep, the gym, running, 10,000 steps, no phone at the table, 20 minutes outside, gratitude.
Every evening, you check in. Every week, your flame grows. Every day fills a square.
YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE
90 squares. One a day. The longer you hold on, the more of them light up. It's the view that reminds you where you stand, and everything you've already built.
THE FLAME ONLY FORGIVES ONCE
Complete your full week and your flame rises. Miss a week and your freeze saves it. Just once in the whole arc. After that, it's on you.

On day one, you take a photo. It stays locked on your phone. Nobody sees it, not even you. On day 90, you take a second one, and the app shows them side by side. That's when you really see what 90 days have changed.

• Duo: do your winter arc with a friend and keep a flame going together.

Your arc, your way
• Three modes: Hard (all 9 rules from day 1), Progressive (one more rule every other day) or Soft (gentle routines).
• No Nut November, November 1 to 30, next to your winter arc or on its own (sign-ups open October 25).
• Warrior or goddess: pick the style of your artwork, plus two glow up programs, "Pilates princess" and "That girl".
• No Mercy mode: your reminders stop being polite (Settings → Coaching).
Every day
• Check off your rules from the Lock Screen in the evening, or with a tap on the widget.
• Your sleep checks itself off with Apple Health.
• The daily photo: nobody sees it, not even you, until your timelapse on the last day.
