[Guild Racing Updates & Optimizations]
1. Added a Guild Racing Chat Channel. When the Guild Racing event is live, Guilds participating in Guild Racing can communicate via the Guild Racing Channel.
2. Personal Quest accept attempts reduced to 4, with increased rewards per quest.
3. Optimized the refresh experience for Personal Quests of different rarities.
4. The accept limit for each Guild Quest type has been changed to 20.
