Workout Log KINNIK: AI Advisor

KINNIK is a workout log and memo app focused on strength training. Developed around "easy-to-use logging," "features for beginners to advanced users," and "light, fast performance," it's designed so you can keep workout memos and workout logs with minimal stress.

We've also added AI-powered advice to make it even more useful.

Since launching in 2022, we've grown KINNIK with feedback from many users. We're confident it can meet your expectations. Try KINNIK—an app many users love.

Key features of KINNIK

■ Stress-free workout logging
No clutter—only the essentials. We include a minimal set of exercises by default, and you can create, edit, and reorder your own. Instead of huge exercise lists like in other apps, you get simple exercise management that's easy to organize. Ads are kept to a minimum so you can focus on your workout log.

■ HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) support
Log "HIIT" sessions that deliver strong results in short time. Unlike rep-based strength training, you record by "seconds (exercise time)." Your effort is logged accurately, down to the second.

■ Training and weight in one calendar
See at a glance which days you trained and when you logged weight. Tap a day to view details.

■ Create training plans your way
Build weekly plans to match your style—push/pull, split routines, and more. Use multiple plans for more effective strength training.

■ Supports Circuit Training and More!
We have introduced "Group Sets" for training styles where different exercises are performed consecutively, such as Circuit Training, Giant Sets, and Supersets. This feature allows you to record these sessions quickly and seamlessly.

■ AI advice
Pick a date on the calendar and AI creates advice based on that day's training log. You can edit the prompt so the advice fits you.

■ AI calorie estimates by exercise (approximate)
Instead of a single fixed value (e.g. 8.0 METs) like many apps, KINNIK's AI applies exercise-specific METs based on what you did. (Calories are AI estimates; use as a reference.)

■ RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) support
Log RPE for each set easily.

■ CSV export and import
Export your training data for a chosen period as text. You can import data in KINNIK's CSV format, so you can bring logs from other apps into KINNIK.

■ Log cardio too
Log not only strength training but also running, cycling, and other cardio.

■ Log body data your way
Add weight, body fat, muscle mass, chest size, BMI, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and more. Unlike apps with fixed fields, KINNIK lets you customize what you track.

■ Memos and photos for memories and progress
Use daily memos and photos to look back on workouts and track progress. Great for staying motivated.

■ Handy tools for training
・RM calculator: easy target weight calculation
・Plate calculator: automatic loading
・Interval timer: per-exercise or shared settings
