- 📦Smantry: Smart pantry updated to version 1.42.0iOSStocktaking, rebuilt
Stocktaking is no longer a search but a list you work through, with an overview of everything still open. When an item has several best-before dates, Smantry asks which group you are holding. And when you take something out, you say why: used up or thrown away.
Minimum stock at a glance
The "below minimum stock" filter shows in one move what needs buying again. You can set minimum levels per category, and the German civil protection agency's supply table comes ready as a template, scaled to people and days.
Faster day to day
The barcode scanner now uses the full camera image with the controls floating above it. Loading states show the shape of the list instead of a spinner. Search, sorting and filters share one bar, the item count is back above the list, and the add button is larger.
Help that answers back
In the support chat you can now rate an answer with a thumb, and links in messages open directly.
Also
- Dates can be shown as month and year (MM.YYYY) throughout
- A new, faster sign-in screen
- "Does not expire" is honoured everywhere
Fixed
- Product images open in full view again
- A stock filter you cleared stays cleared after a restart
- Subscribers can reach the plan switch again
- Errors while printing a PDF are reported instead of swallowed
- The scanner recovers when the camera is briefly in use elsewhere
- After a sign-in conflict Smantry explains the second account instead of showing an empty pantry
- All storage locations show up again when moving an item
- Team licences show the seats you bought instead of a single one… more - ✏️Smantry: Smart pantry: description updatedAndroid· US
