Tide calculations are completed right on your phone. Whether on rocky shores, at the end of a breakwater, or in the middle of a mudflat at low tide—the very moment you need to open the app in a place with no signal is precisely when you need the tide information.

■ Can I fish here?

We have overlaid the map with fishing-prohibited reservoirs, restricted access areas designated by the Coast Guard, and national park boundaries. Tapping on an area displays the official notice number and the date of designation. Since the app does not cover the entire country, a spot that doesn't show up on the map is not necessarily a safe place to fish.

■ Not just high and low tides, but also current flow times

Bites occur while the water is moving. We display a band indicating the time of day when the current is flowing best. The position of the band changes depending on what you are targeting—rocky shore float fishing, lure fishing, boat bottom fishing, or octopus and squid.

■ Where to go together

View rocky shores, fishing harbors, and boat fishing spots along with the tide information. We record whether the seabed is muddy or reefs, and what you can find, and we will immediately open that spot for you using your map app.
