* 85 achievements, in Game Center. The celebration shows the medals a workout earned, your whole history is counted the first time you open the app, and a medal on the Stats tab opens the full list.
* Stats is rebuilt around tiles. Sets, Duration, Days Trained, Calories and Best Workout join the records, each with the day it was set, and tapping a record opens that day in the calendar. The range control stays pinned while you scroll, and the tab loads in a fraction of the time.
* Your live heart rate, and the zone it is in, on the workout screen and under the rest timer, from Apple Watch or a Bluetooth heart rate monitor.
* Rest days have one rule now: every workout banks two, and you can hold three. The streak pill says "Train Today" on the day the chain is actually on the line.
* The weekly goal can be a number of days. Pick "3 days" from the ring's menu instead of a push-up count, and the ring fills one segment for each day you train, whichever days they are.
* Tap where you stand on either leaderboard for a card you can send: your place, how far behind the person above you, and an invite your friends can scan.
* The music controls play and pause whatever your phone is playing, Spotify and podcasts included.
* Settings has a Backup screen that says where your history lives, in iCloud and in the PushFit backup, with "Restore from Backup" as a real row.
* Notifications, each with its own switch: a friend finishes a workout, passes you or accepts your invite, a streak about to break or a goal about to be missed, sent at 6 PM with time left to act. Long press a friend on the leaderboard to call them out.
* The camera warms up the moment you press START, so the first rep counts faster.
* New animations at the end of a workout: the counter turns into your medal on the summary, and tapping Done flies the medal back into the START button.
* Apple Watch: the rest timer counts down on the wrist during an iPhone workout, and a forgotten session asks "Still working out?" at fifteen minutes and ends itself at an hour.
* A day's workouts are numbered again, "Workout 1", "Workout 2", with the time of day underneath.
Fixes
* On iPad, the app no longer crashes at launch, or when the window is resized in Split View or Stage Manager, before the Calendar tab has been opened.
* Opening a day in the calendar in the first seconds after launch, while the history is still loading, no longer crashes.
* The music wave no longer crashes as it appears, on the workout screen or in the now playing bar.
* With PushFit and PushFit Pro both installed, opening one after training in the other no longer shows achievements a second time or sets their progress back.
* A workout started on iPhone with Apple Watch along saves to Health once, with its calories, and editing or deleting it in the app reaches Health.
* A workout left running ends at its last rep, and coming back to it after half an hour lands on the summary.
* A workout with no reps is no longer saved, on iPhone or Apple Watch.
* Turning haptics off silences every buzz.
* Tapping a widget opens the screen it shows.
* Face Detection with camera access refused asks once at the start of a workout, "Count by Tapping" or "Open Settings", instead of a standing banner.
* The app no longer crashes mid-workout as a heart rate reading arrives from Apple Watch.… more - 🆕PushFit: its developer released another app: Heroic Legends ReborniOS

About PushFit
You do push-ups. PushFit counts.
Place your iPhone on the ground beneath you and start pushing. The front camera tracks your face and counts every rep automatically. It even measures how deep each one goes. No tapping, no equipment, no excuses. Work out at home or anywhere.
Join 475,000+ people building strength one push-up at a time.
Free to use, with no subscription, ever.
APP FEATURES
▶ Automatic rep counting with the front camera: face tracking measures your distance from the phone, so only real reps count
▶ Streaks that survive rest days: training banks recovery, so a Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine keeps its streak with nothing to schedule
▶ Apple Watch app that counts reps from your wrist, no iPhone needed, with a haptic tick every rep, heart-rate zones, a voice coach and five complications
▶ Live Activity with reps, sets, rest countdown, and heart rate on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
▶ Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, including a one-tap button that logs ten push-ups without opening the app
▶ "Hey Siri, start my push-ups" to start, log, and check your count hands-free, no setup required
▶ Compete with friends and family on daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and all-time leaderboards, with friends added by a link you send
▶ Charts drawn from every single rep: your climb over time, the depth of each rep, and your heart rate through the workout
▶ A calendar of every day you trained, with the depth, consistency, stamina and rest behind each one
▶ Share a workout as a five-second video, made for Stories and Reels
▶ Records workouts in Apple Health with heart rate and calories
▶ Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals, drawn as rings or bars, set straight from the home screen
▶ Your music keeps playing, with the controls right on the workout screen
▶ Lifetime record of push-ups, sets and personal bests
▶ Workout reminders to keep the habit going
▶ Customizable themes with matching app icons, your own display name, plus your favorite photo for motivation
▶ Built for everyone: VoiceOver rep announcements and audio graphs for every chart
THE CAMERA NEVER RECORDS
Face tracking measures one thing: how far your face is from the screen. No photo or video is ever saved, and no face data ever leaves your iPhone.
THE PERFECT EXERCISE
The push-up is simple, functional, and scales to any fitness level. Perfect whether you're chasing your first push-up or your hundredth. PushFit slots into any routine.
Push-ups target:
▶ Chest (pectorals)
▶ Shoulders (deltoids)
▶ Arms (triceps)
▶ Core (abdominals and serratus anterior)
Why push-ups?
▶ Burn calories
▶ Improve cardiovascular health
▶ Strengthen the shoulder joint
▶ A real workout with zero equipment
