The Tokyu Line app is the official app provided by Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Bus.

It offers services to make using the Tokyu Line more convenient, such as timetables and service information.

◇What you can do with the Tokyu Line app◇

【TOQ COIN】
TOQ COIN is a coin exclusive to the Tokyu Line app that you can earn by riding Tokyu Line trains or purchasing commuter passes.

Earned coins can be exchanged for coupons to purchase seats for the digital ticket service "Q SKIP" (including the Tokyu Line One-Day Pass), the paid seat reservation service "Q SEAT" on the Oimachi Line and Toyoko Line, and various products at "Shibusoba," operated by Tokyu Gourmet Front Co., Ltd.

*A TOKYU ID is required to use TOQ COIN. Please register for a TOKYU ID.

【My Page】
By registering your frequently used stations, bus stops, and bus routes on My Page, you can quickly access timetables, train locations, bus arrival information, and bus locations. You can set up to 20 entries (stations, bus routes, and bus lines combined) and rearrange the display order, allowing you to use it according to your needs.

[Service Information/Announcements/Push Notifications]
We will deliver information such as delays and service suspensions related to stations and routes registered on your My Page.
Service information is also delivered via push notifications. You can check the route status and route map within the push notification without opening the app.
*Push notifications for bus service information are not currently supported.

[Train Location]
You can check the current location, destination, and arrival time at each station for trains on each line.
Real-time train location information for the Minatomirai Line is also supported.
*Kodomonokuni Line is not supported.

Tapping "Vehicle Information" displays vehicle-specific congestion levels (real-time vehicle-specific congestion levels for some vehicles on the Den-en-toshi Line) and the location of free spaces on some lines.

[Bus Routes]
You can set bus routes simply by entering the bus stops where you will board and alight. By setting a bus route, you can check the estimated arrival time at bus stops, congestion level, route number, list of stops to your destination, and operational information in real time. Furthermore, updates have increased the speed of bus location information updates, improving real-time performance.


[Bus Location]
You can check the real-time location of buses currently operating on each route. Selecting a bus stop name displays the waiting time until the bus approaching that stop arrives and the estimated travel time after boarding.


[Delay Certificate]
You can obtain a certificate through the app without having to queue at the station ticket window.


[Station Information]
You can view the following information regarding Tokyu Line stations:

・Timetable

・Platform Map

・Station Layout

・Accessibility Information (Status of various facilities, etc.)
