画像診断cafeは、医師・診療放射線技師・看護師・医学生などのための、タップして解剖名を覚えるアプリです。
イラストではなく実画像。しかも通信なしで動きます。

■ 収録内容(23画面)
【頭部】頭部MRI(130構造)/頭部MRA 脳動脈(前方循環・後方循環)/側頭骨CT(横断・冠状断)/顔面骨X線(正面・側面)
【頸部】頸部MRI 横断像(143構造)
【胸部】胸部CT(横断・冠状断・矢状断/縦隔・肺野・骨条件・最大258構造)/胸部X線 正面
【腹部】腹部CT(横断・冠状断・矢状断/軟部・骨条件・193構造)
【整形外科】肩MRI(冠状断・矢状断)/膝MRI(冠状断・矢状断)/足関節MRI(横断・冠状断・矢状断)/腰椎MRI(横断・矢状断)

■ できること
・気になる場所をタップすると、その構造が色づき、日本語と英語の名前が表示されます。複数タップで見比べも可能
・画面を上下にスワイプするとスライスが進みます。スライダーや矢印でも送れます
・横断・冠状断・矢状断は右上の丸ボタンで切り替え。胸部CT・腹部CTは条件(縦隔・肺野・骨など)も切り替えられます
・「臓器」「血管」「筋」「骨」などのタブで、タップ対象を絞り込めます
・解剖名で検索できます(MCA・SMAなどの略語にも対応)
・ヒント表示をオンにすると、タップできる場所に印が出ます
・2本指で拡大。拡大したまま「固定」ボタンを押すと、1本指スワイプでスライス送りができます
・すべての画像とデータはアプリに同梱。オフラインで動き、ログインも不要です

・国家試験や専門医試験の前に、断面解剖を実画像で総復習

I want to check anatomy using actual CT, MRI, and X-ray images during breaks from image interpretation or while commuting.

Image Diagnosis Cafe is an app for doctors, radiologic technologists, nurses, and medical students to learn anatomical names by tapping.

It uses real images, not illustrations, and works without an internet connection.

■ What you can do
・Tap on an area of ​​interest to highlight that structure and display its name in both Japanese and English. Multiple taps allow for easy comparison.
- Swipe the screen up or down to advance the slice. You can also advance using the slider or arrows.
- Switch between transverse, coronal, and sagittal sections using the round button in the upper right corner. For chest CT and abdominal CT, you can also switch conditions (mediastinum, lung fields, bone, etc.).
- Narrow down your tapping target using tabs such as "Organs," "Blood Vessels," "Muscles," and "Bones."
- Search by anatomical name (supports abbreviations such as MCA and SMA).
- Turn on hints to display markers on tappable areas.
- Zoom in with two fingers. While zoomed in, press the "Lock" button to advance slices with a one-finger swipe.
- All images and data are included in the app. It works offline and requires no login.

■ When to use it:
・When writing a radiographic report, quickly check "What is this blood vessel?"
・Review cross-sectional anatomy with actual images before national or specialist exams
・When instructing students, residents, or new staff, show them the same screen and say, "Try tapping here."

■ About the included body parts:
The same body parts as the web version of Image Diagnosis Cafe will be added sequentially through updates.
