We deliver information on seasonal product recommendations, helpful articles, campaign and limited-time event announcements, and more.

You can also register your favorite stores to receive notifications only from your favorite stores.
(To register a favorite store, go to Search -> Find a Store -> Select the store you want to register -> Click the "Register as Favorite" button.)

[Coupons & Bonus Points]
We'll send you discount coupons on an irregular basis. Some coupons are exclusive to regular members and those who have registered a favorite store, so be sure to register. We also offer bonus points and special member-only perks, such as bonus points and 5x points during your birthday month, so be sure to take advantage of them.

[Search]
・Find Products
In addition to the online shopping feature for home delivery, we also offer a "Store Inventory Check" feature, which lets you check how many of the item you want are in stock at each store, and a "Store Pickup" feature, which allows you to reserve or order items at the nearest store.

Search for nearby stores using keywords such as your current location, the nearest station name, or part of the address.

・Find HANDS DO (Experiences & Events)
Find workshops and events where you can "make," "learn," and "try." You can even make a reservation right away!

[In-Store Mode]
When you turn on location tracking while in-store, you can use convenient features like "In-Store Product Search Doko Arno" and "Check-in."
*Earn one Hands Club point and collect a locally designed check-in badge by checking in.
*Check-in points and badges can only be earned once per day per store.

Even when location tracking is turned off or you're outside the store, you can still use features like your wish list, purchase history, product information, and reviews.
*Earn two Hands Club points when you write a review. Submit a review by clicking the "Write a Review" button on the "Purchase History" page for eligible products.

[Membership Card]
Present your barcode at the register and make a purchase to earn points, which can be used as a discount on your next purchase.
The higher your membership level, the higher your point rate!

*If you already have a Hands Club Card, you can link your card to the app by clicking "Hands Club Card Registration" in the "Menu" menu and transferring the points you've earned on your card to the app.
*If you've already set a password for your card, you can log in to the app with the same password (no new membership is required).
