Safe Jeonse is a one-stop housing support service that can be used at once, from risk diagnosis of rental housing to guarantee return of rental deposit for individual customers, application to issuance of rental deposit guarantee, and request for fulfillment. We will take responsibility for a better life for the people by supporting tenants who want to keep their precious rental deposits and rental business operators who need stable rental business. Download Safe Jeonse, the mobile guarantee application of HUG, the largest housing guarantee institution in Korea, and protect your deposit!

1. Safety Charter Diagnosis and Consultation
(It is operated on the web for stability. It will be integrated into the app later.)

□ The features of mobile Safety Charter Diagnosis and Consultation are as follows.

• Market price inquiry & risk diagnosis
The market price inquiry is provided by the Korea Real Estate Agency. Currently, it is possible to search for apartments, row houses, and multi-household houses with less than 50 households in the metropolitan area.
You can inquire the market price of the house you live in or the house you want to live in and diagnose the risk. If you have a certified copy of real estate registration, you can use a free diagnosis, and if you do not have a certified copy of real estate registration, you can use a paid (1,000 won) diagnosis. If you use Payment Diagnosis, you can receive a notification of changes in registered information of the target house free of charge for 2 years and 6 months.

• Global Contract Self-Test
You can check the important checklists provided by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport before, during, and after the charter contract.

• Landlord inquiry
Have you ever experienced that when a lessee applies for a deposit return guarantee from the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, issuance of the guarantee is rejected due to the landlord's prohibition of deposit?
