- 📦AlbumDeck: Album Cover Browser version 1.3AlbumDeck 1.3 — the CD case, now even more realistic
Thank you for your support and feedback — it means a lot to me!
One of you made a great suggestion: the clear border of the case was too thick, and it had no business being on the hinge edge at all. Fair point. So the CD case has been rebuilt, closer to the proportions of a real jewel case: the border is thinner, on the left the ribbed tray spine now forms the edge, and when you flip the case over, the narrow sides show a more realistic construction.
I hope you like the result as much as I do!… more - 🆕AlbumDeck: Album Cover Browser released on the App Store

About AlbumDeck: Album Cover Browser
Remember standing in front of your own CD shelf? AlbumDeck brings that feeling to your iPhone and iPad.
Your library becomes a 3D carousel of CD jewel cases – complete with hinge, edges, gloss and reflections. Browse cover by cover, tap the one in the middle, and the case flips over to show the track list on the back. Tap a track to start playing.
AlbumDeck is a new interface for the library you already have – playback runs through Apple's Music app, which must be installed on your device. AlbumDeck is not a streaming service of its own and needs no subscription: it shows exactly the music you already own.
FEATURES
• 3D carousel of realistic CD cases – or flat covers if you prefer
• Tap to flip: track list on the back, pick a song
• Fast through large libraries: jump straight to your target in the carousel with the index rail, or show only a single artist's albums with the filter
• Playback via the system player – music keeps playing when you leave the app
• Works with your library, including Apple Music content you have added
• Marquee scrolling for long album names, playback controls built in
• Portrait and landscape, on iPhone and iPad – reimagined for iPhone Duo
• Built-in sample albums so you can try it without any music loaded
