About Baby Food & Allergy Tracker
Starting solids is exciting - and a little nerve-wracking. Which foods has your baby tried? How many times, and did any of them cause a reaction? Baby Food & Allergy Tracker keeps it all in one calm, simple place, so you can introduce new foods with confidence and catch reactions early.
It's built around the common-sense approach many pediatricians recommend: offer a variety of first foods - including common allergens like peanut and egg - one at a time, and keep an eye out for any reaction.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Track 104 first foods, sorted by group: veggies, fruits, protein, grains, fats, and herbs & spices - covering all nine major allergens
- Log every try, not just the first - each one keeps its own date, reaction, and note
- Set or correct the date on any try, so it matches when you actually fed it
- Record the reaction: none, a reaction, or not sure - so you can spot patterns
- Add your own foods, for family recipes and anything that isn't on the list
- See each baby's progress at a glance: how many foods tried, and how they went
- Search and filter by food group, tried status, or reaction
FOR EVERY LITTLE ONE
Track each of your children separately - each with their own food list, history, and notes.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Everything stays on your phone. Pay once, use forever.
WHY IT HELPS
When your pediatrician asks "has she had egg? how many times? any reaction?", you'll have a clear answer instead of trying to remember. A simple record makes the whole first-year food journey less stressful - and gives you something concrete to bring to check-ups.
Baby Food & Allergy Tracker is a personal tracking tool, not medical advice. Always follow your pediatrician's guidance on introducing solids and allergens, and seek medical help right away if your baby has a serious reaction.

Track every try, not just the first.
- Log a food as many times as you like - each try keeps its own date, reaction, and note
- Set or correct the date on a try, so it matches when you actually fed it
- Add your own foods, for family recipes and anything that isn't on the list
- Rename a baby, or a food you added, so a typo on the first day isn't permanent
- Five foods added, so the list now covers all nine major allergens: tahini (sesame), shrimp, and cashew, walnut and hazelnut butters
- Fixed: a reaction you'd recorded could be cleared by accident when marking a food tried
- Fixed: the "unknown" reaction filter counted foods you hadn't tried yet
Everything you've already recorded carries over.
