SITUATION OVERVIEW AT A GLANCE
The dashboard shows the current situation: personnel strength, vehicles, organizations, and mission duration. The tactical clock runs in DDHHmmMMMYY format. Forces are displayed by organization with color coding. Weather forecast with 24h outlook right on the dashboard.

UNIT MANAGEMENT
Check in units with organization, vehicle (predefined or free text), license plate, and tactical strength (leaders/sub-leaders/crew). Set status to Deployed, Resting, or Not operational. Deployment time tracking with configurable warning. Batch checkout with preview. Duplicate detection warns on double check-ins.

TASK TRACKING
Create tasks, set priorities (High/Medium/Low), and assign units. Assigned units automatically switch to Deployed and revert on completion. All changes are logged automatically.

OPERATIONS LOGBOOK
Automatic logging of all check-ins, check-outs, status changes, and shift handovers. Manual entries with control fields complement the logbook. Situation report timer reminds about due reports at configurable intervals. Entries are immutable; corrections appear exclusively as new entries with a back-reference to the original.

AUDIT-GRADE INTEGRITY
SHA-256 hash chain over every logbook entry. Tampering with a row directly in the database is flagged in the new activity log with the exact break point. Master hash and per-entry hashes appear on a dedicated integrity page in the PDF export. Archived deployments are sealed at the service layer against further writes.

PDF EXPORT
Export the operations logbook and force verification report as print-ready PDFs — official document style with header data, strength overview, and signature line. Share directly via email, messenger, or AirDrop. Each entry shows its writer.

SECURITY
App lock with PIN and optional biometrics (FaceID/TouchID/fingerprint), idle auto-lock. Local database encrypted with SQLCipher (AES-256), backups optionally as encrypted .brm file (AES-256-GCM, password-protected). Dashboard server: token authentication in the QR code, optional station PIN for the check-in terminal, rate limiter against brute force.

PRIVACY & GDPR
A privacy section in settings explains local storage, LAN sharing and the rights of recorded persons. Archived deployments can be anonymised — personal fields are replaced with "[anonymisiert]"; the hash chain stays intact and the action is logged in the activity record. Personal data export (GDPR Art. 15) produces a PDF/JSON copy of every match for a name across all deployments. Multiple writer profiles per device — shift handovers are auto-logged.
