About CBT Exercises
CBT Exercises is a personal reflection tool inspired by widely used cognitive behavioral practices.
The guided ABC exercise helps you describe a situation, identify automatic thoughts and emotions, notice physical and behavioral responses, examine the available evidence, and develop a more balanced perspective. You can also use daily, weekly, and free-form journals, quick check-ins, paced breathing, 5–4–3–2–1 sensory orientation, voice notes, and local recordings made with everyone’s consent.
Everything is organized in a searchable library with drafts, favorites, tags, and collections. Insights describe activity, consistency, mood, and recurring emotions without presenting them as clinical assessments. When you choose, you can create a readable PDF to share with a professional.

Latest updates
2.2
This update focuses on protecting what you write.
• The optional lock now covers the whole app, including an exercise or journal entry left open, and it no longer asks for Face ID after a system permission dialog.
• The mood trend uses only the ratings you actually gave: free writing and thought checks are no longer counted as a neutral score.
• A recording interrupted by a call keeps the part already captured, and the screen stays awake while you record or follow a paced-breathing cycle.
• If something prevents a change from being saved, the app tells you instead of losing it quietly, and a storage problem at launch can be retried.
• Completed the localized wording of the 5-4-3-2-1 sensory exercise.
Your existing entries, recordings and collections are untouched by this update.
