About Deckloud: Nextcloud Deck
Your Nextcloud Deck boards as a native iPhone and iPad app. See what is due today, drag cards between sections, and keep working offline. Changes sync as soon as you are back online.
The core app is free. No Nextcloud server yet? Start a free Deckloud Cloud workspace in seconds.
Two ways to start
• Your own server: sign in with Nextcloud Login Flow v2 and open the boards you already have. The app connects directly to your server, with no relay backend in between.
• Deckloud Cloud: tap Create a free workspace. No email, no password, and no registration form. Deckloud runs the Nextcloud server for you, and you can link up to three devices.
Plan your day
• Today: due, overdue, and assigned cards, plus mentions, in one list with a month calendar
• A Gantt timeline where you move or resize dated cards
• Search across boards with filters for labels, assignees, and due dates
Work on your boards
• Create and organise boards, sections, and cards
• Start a board from a template, or build your own
• Set due dates, labels, assignees, and a reminder
• Write Markdown descriptions with a formatting bar for checklists, headings, and bold
• Add comments and attachments, or link files from Nextcloud Files
• Share boards with people, groups, and Teams, and choose who can edit
• Import and export Deck JSON, or export a board as CSV
Made for iPhone and iPad
iPad layouts with a sidebar support portrait, landscape, and resizable multitasking. Send links and text from other apps with the share extension. Offline changes wait in a queue you can check in Settings. The app is available in more than 70 languages.
Private by design
Credentials stay in the iOS Keychain. No ad SDKs. Usage analytics create no person profiles and can be turned off in Settings. On your own server, board and card content stays on your Nextcloud. Deckloud Cloud content is stored on Nextcloud servers managed by Deckloud, with TLS and encrypted backups, but it is not end-to-end encrypted. You can delete a Cloud account and its content from Settings.
Free and Pro
Free: boards, cards, Today, Search, the Gantt timeline, templates, import and export, the small widget, one active reminder, one repeating card, and two accounts. You can also try 5 Quick Captures, where one Smart Capture of up to 5 cards counts as one, and one Focus session.

Latest updates
1.3.15
Deckloud 1.3.15 lets Today show all your saved accounts, adds Shortcuts actions for cards, and brings Deck's description formatting to iPhone and iPad. Everyday use is also faster.
New
• Today can also show overdue and due-today cards from your other saved accounts (Pro). Tapping one opens it in that account. It is off by default: turn on ‘Show all accounts in Today’ under your accounts in Settings, or choose All accounts in Today's filter menu.
• Shortcuts: ‘Move Card in Deckloud’ moves a card to another section, also on another board, and ‘Open Card in Deckloud’ opens a card.
• A board can open with one of its saved views, for example, only your cards.
• The description editor and preview support Deck's formatting: underline, highlight, callouts, tables, and collapsible sections.
• Attachments open inside the app, with progress and a Cancel button.
• In Settings you can hide Continue and This week on Today and choose a default board view.
• Fold Next up in Today with the arrow next to its title.
• No Deck app on your server? Deckloud now offers a free Deckloud Cloud workspace instead.
Improved
• Faster everyday use: Deckloud loads only your language, and edits and sync do less work in the background.
• Sign-in and setup are shorter: one card for your Nextcloud server, one for Deckloud Cloud.
• Boards, cards, due dates, and the widget use the same words as Nextcloud Deck in 49 languages.
• Setup offers board templates when Deck's Welcome board is your only board.
• While you drag a card, the gap opens where the card is.
• Numbers, file sizes, and timers follow the app language.
• With usage analytics on, Deckloud also sends speed measurements grouped into time ranges, such as how long launch and sync take. You can turn analytics off in Settings.
Fixed
• When your server refuses changes, Deckloud says so instead of showing you as offline, and keeps loading your boards.
• Edits sync on servers whose Nextcloud data folder is on an SMB share, and keep syncing when the server renews its sync lock.
• A description or comment that fails to save stays with its own card when you switch cards.
• Renaming a card whose title is a link keeps the new name.
• On servers without the Notifications app, old notifications no longer show up as new.
• Settings shows when an organisation trial or licence has ended, and Redeem code stays available when your organisation provides Pro.
• Deleting an attachment removes it from the card at once, including its image in the description, and you can undo it.
• Closing a card you opened from another card's dependencies returns to the board, without a light flash in Dark mode.
• A change whose sync lock the server can't renew moves to Recovery after repeated failures instead of waiting forever.
• Changing a repeating card's schedule no longer waits for a background check.
After the update, Deckloud downloads your boards once more. Changes waiting to sync are kept.
