About Import & Export Contacts Excel
Turn your contacts into an Excel sheet, a PDF, a CSV or a Word file in a few taps. Back them up and get them back if something goes missing.
It's for the moments when you need your contacts somewhere else: a client list for work, a printed copy for a parent, a backup before you switch phones. Everything happens on your device, and there's no account to create.
EXPORT
Pick a format and you'll see the actual table, or every page of the PDF or Word file, before anything is saved. Turn columns on or off (name, phone, email, company, job title, address, birthday and more) and each format remembers your choice.
Only need part of your list? Filter by group, or keep just the people who have a phone number, an email or a company.
SHARE
Send contacts as a vCard by message, email or any chat app, or save the file to your device. Whoever gets it can add everyone in one tap.
BACK UP AND RESTORE
One tap saves a vCard backup to its own folder in your personal cloud storage. It stays there if you delete the app, and it's waiting for you on your next phone.
The Home tab tells you when your backup is out of date and how many contacts have changed since. You can get a reminder every week, every two weeks or every month, or only when something has actually changed. If you'd rather not think about it at all, add the Back Up Contacts action to an automation and it will run on a schedule.
Restoring only adds the contacts that are missing. People already in your address book won't be duplicated.
IMPORT
Bring in contacts from a vCard, CSV or Excel file. Files exported from other contact apps and email services are matched automatically, and column names are recognised in 30 languages. If a column ends up in the wrong place, fix it, then tick the contacts you want before anything is added.
DUPLICATES
Scan by name, phone number or email, and decide which of those count as a match. Delete the extra copies, or merge them into one card that keeps every number, email and address. The app saves a snapshot before each change, so you can undo it.
PRIVACY
Your contacts are read and processed on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Backups are kept in your own cloud storage, never on ours. A file only leaves the app when you share or save it yourself.

Pro: export and share your whole list, share backup files, import files of any size, and merge duplicates.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings. A lifetime purchase does not renew.
