local body

local body is a space for people who love club culture and music to write and share their own stories.

A DJ set you heard last night, a record shop you keep returning to, a person or moment worth remembering. Put it into words and photos. Join as a writer, publish under your own name, and create stories with other writers. Here to read? Discover a new perspective, listen to a mix, and find your next night out.

Write under your own name
Apply to become a writer in the app. Once approved, write, edit and publish stories with photos. Manage your stories and writer profile in one place.

Write together, share further
Invite another writer to work on the same story and share the byline. Turn published stories into visual cards or share them with a link.

Read the scene
Explore interviews, reviews, news and personal perspectives on club culture and music. Browse stories by city, and save the lines you want to return to.

DJ mixes and listening together
Discover mixes from artists and cities around the world. Keep listening with background playback and lock screen controls. Invite friends with a link to listen to the same mix and chat together.

Find your next night
Check club event dates and venues, and follow the stories around your favourite DJs, parties and places. Save an event or add it to your calendar.

Build a collection of your own
Save stories, mixes, events and memorable passages in Story Books. Share selected content as cards or links. Connect Google or Apple to keep your saved library in your account and restore it when you sign in again.

Reading, listening and saving are available without signing up. Publishing stories requires a writer application and approval.
