What is myNFP used for?
The myNFP software supports users of the symptothermal method in recording and analyzing their cycles.
Based on the data entered by the user, myNFP can create a cycle chart and analyze it according to the symptothermal method (also known as NFP) using the Sensiplan rule set. myNFP transparently displays the method rules used to determine fertility status, allowing users to understand the results and, if necessary, adjust them manually.

Users must always check the plausibility of analyzed cycles!
myNFP aims to determine fertility status but is neither a contraceptive nor does it control physiological processes. The information provided by myNFP is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
Information on how to use the method can be found in the knowledge section of myNFP and in the underlying publications; for example, in the book "Naturally and Safely" (TRIAS Publishing).
