- 📦Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand updated to version 2.2Neu in dieser Version:
– Audio files with a score: keep a reference recording, a backing track or a take from the last rehearsal next to your music. The file is copied into your own score folder and sits in the same list as your own recordings.
– Loop and speed: set A and B around a hard passage and practise it in a loop. Slowing down goes in steps to half speed, and the pitch stays where it was. Both belong to the file – open it again tomorrow and your section and speed are still there. You control it in the practice tools of the score view, next to the metronome and the tuner, and playback keeps going when you close the page.
– Practice stats: Notenbuch writes down how long a piece is open and worked on. A screen of its own shows today, days in a row, the last twelve weeks and a ranking of your pieces – which also tells you what has been left behind. With a daily goal if you want one. The numbers stay in your own score folder, nothing is sent anywhere, and you can switch the whole thing off in the settings.
– Stamps of your own: draw a mark once yourself – a bow, a fingering, a breath mark – or type a short one like “pizz.”. Both then sit in the palette next to the dynamics. A tap places it at a fixed size, a drag decides how big it lands, and it takes the colour of your pen.
– Twelve languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Czech and Portuguese have joined.
– The stamp bar is slimmer: pianissimo to fortissimo now sit in one row instead of stacked.
– Fixed: the header of the rehearsal-marks column no longer breaks in the middle of a word.… more - 📦Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand: now updating weekly4 updates in 30 days, after a quiet two months
- ✏️Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand: app got bigger26 MB → 29 MB (+13%)
- 📦Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand updated to version 2.0New in this version:
– A new design: Notenbuch now looks like a study score – light music paper, ink, edition blue. Titles are set in a serif, the controls in a clear grotesque.
– Your library as an index: a list instead of tiles, and the gutter on the left carries whatever the folder is ordered by – the number in a march book, the group letter in a folder of pieces. A number the book has and your folder does not gets a line of its own, and pieces without one sit at the bottom under “Without a number”. Which order a folder wants is read off its own scores.
– Rehearsal marks: name a bookmark “C” and it becomes a rehearsal mark. In landscape every letter stands in a column beside the page, one tap takes you there – and you can add the bar: “C, b. 33”.
– The column beside the page: what is on the stand – title, composer, part, page and key, and below it every place in the piece with its bar.
– Night mode dims the page too: on stage it is no longer only the controls that go dark, the sheet itself is held back – and stays readable. Switchable in the settings.
– Half-page turns: turn by half a page instead of a whole one. The next page is already at the top while the spot you are playing stays put below – it does not move when you turn, and the last bars stay readable.
– Highlighter and three stroke widths: the pen now writes thin, medium or thick, and beside it there is a highlighter with colours of its own. The app remembers both.
– New stamps: accidentals – flat, sharp and natural – join the palette. And pianissimo, which was missing until now.
– Search inside a folder: a search field above the list, and a letter rail along the edge like a phone book. One tap jumps to the letter, dragging pages through.
– The file name as a suggestion: when filling in a score's details, the file name sits in the title field ready to edit – and if it starts with a number, one tap splits it off: “012 Alte Kameraden” becomes number 012 and the title “Alte Kameraden”.
– Where you left off: the app opens in the folder you used last instead of always in the main folder.
– Large libraries start faster: annotations and jump links are only loaded once you open a score.
– Trimming margins, more precisely: scans with a dark edge are now trimmed too, and the white margin goes evenly on all four sides.… more - 📦Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand updated to version 1.5New in this version:
– Two pages side by side: in landscape Notenbuch shows your music like an open book – half as many page turns. On large screens it happens by itself, and you can switch any time.
– Bookmarks: mark the places that matter by name – “Coda”, “solo”, “2nd verse”. Bookmarked pages are marked in the page strip, the jump list takes you there with one tap, and every bookmark gets its own entry in your library, searchable by name.
– More score details: genre, tags, key, tempo, duration, rating, arranger and publisher are new. All of it is searchable, and you can sort by composer or rating.
– Recording: Record your playing right in the score view and listen back later. Several takes per score are no problem, and you can turn pages while recording. Play back, rename and delete them in the score details.
– Clean scans: Importing with the camera now uses the iOS document scanner. It finds the page edges, straightens pages photographed at an angle and lifts the contrast – several pages in one go.
– Lift contrast: Grey scans can be turned into real black and white, per score. Pencil markings stay, and your file is left untouched.
– A title of its own: Each score's displayed title is now independent of the file name. After importing, Notenbuch briefly asks for title, number, composer and part – skipping is always fine.
– Easier to read: small hint text now has stronger contrast, large system text no longer breaks the bars, and tap targets are bigger – from the page strip to the toolbar.… more - 🆕Notenbuch: Sheet Music Stand first spotted by AppInsider#74 in Top Paid · Music · Germany

– Loop a hard passage between A and B and slow it down to half speed, with the pitch unchanged
– Practice time, written down: days in a row, the last few weeks and which pieces have been left behind – with a daily goal if you want one. The numbers stay in your own folder
– Jump links: tap “D.S. al Coda” on the page and the app goes to the sign
– Rehearsal marks: a bookmark named with a single letter becomes a rehearsal mark – a column beside the page in landscape, with its bar
– Bookmarks for the places that matter: “Coda”, “solo”, “2nd verse” – marked in the page strip and findable in your library
– Metronome and tuner – and you can see the beat
– Bluetooth pedal, every switch freely assignable
