A settler founds a city by a river. Eight eras later there is an empire standing there, or ruins.
OBELISK is a turn-based 4X strategy game built from the ground up for iPhone and iPad. Found cities, sharpen your technology, and steer between eleven rival civilizations toward one of five victories: conquest, science, culture, diplomacy or religion. A game runs an hour or two; the Grand Chronicle mode becomes an epic played over days of saved turns.
New to 4X? The game points out what this turn still needs, and when you are stuck, auto-play takes one turn for you and shows what it did and why. All of it can be switched off in the settings.
No ads, no purchases, no server. Buy it once and it is all yours, and your saves never leave your device.
