PlanEat: Food Journal & Diet

PlanEat is the weekly menu and food journal that finally makes your dietitian's diet usable. Import your personalized diet from a PDF or a photo and your meal planning is ready: today's meals at a glance, calories and macros under control, automatic grocery list.

WHAT PLANEAT DOES
• Daily view — breakfast, snack, lunch, and dinner at a glance
• Food journal — log what you ate, without searching for every single food
• Calorie and macro counter — daily calories, protein, carbs, and fat
• Multiple schemas — weekday/weekend, training/rest, weekly rotations
• AI import — snap a photo of your diet and skip the manual data entry
• Manual entry — no diet from a dietitian? Build one from scratch
• Smart grocery list — generated from the week's meals
• Food alternatives — the substitutions your dietitian listed, always right there
• Daily override — special occasion? Change just that day's meals
• Home screen widget — your next meal without opening the app

FOOD JOURNAL
Other apps ask you to search for every food from scratch. PlanEat starts from your diet: the foods are already there, with the right quantities. Open the app, log the meal, and get on with your day.

USE CASES
• Your dietitian's diet in a PDF or a photo — import it once and it becomes a food journal you check every day, not a file forgotten on your phone.
• Training days and rest days — assign a different schema to each day and your personalized diet follows your real week, not an average.
• Weekly shopping — your diet turns into a grocery list already sorted by aisle, with quantities added up.
• Out and about — meals and alternatives stay available, so you don't have to improvise at the restaurant.

A WEEKLY MENU, EVEN WITH MULTIPLE SCHEMAS
Your dietitian gave you a diet with multiple schemas — weekday vs. weekend, training vs. rest, weekly rotations. PlanEat handles all of it: assign each schema to its days and get a weekly menu that mirrors your real week, not an average. Change it whenever you need to.

WHO IS PLANEAT FOR?
Anyone who wants to organize their meals and stick to a personalized diet. Whether you're into meal prep, healthy eating, or following a plan from a dietitian, PlanEat makes it work in daily life. PlanEat is not an app for creating diets or recipes: it's the tool that turns meal planning into a habit.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
Your meal plans and personal data are encrypted in transit. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.
