Access your group employee health benefits with the RBC Insurance My Benefits app wherever you are, whenever you need it.

The RBC Insurance My Benefits app provides you fast, easy, and secure access to your group employee health benefits provided to you by your employer. This does not include group home and auto benefits.

RBC Insurance My Benefits features:
• View your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) and save it offline for quick and easy access.
• Submit a health (including spending accounts), drug, dental and travel claims directly from your smartphone or tablet.
• Find a RBC Insurance approved health-care provider or pharmacy near you, identify which offer direct billing and view quality ratings.
• Check whether a health service, medical supplies or drug is covered under your plan including the amount that will be covered.
• Search your claims history to get a real time status of any recently submitted claims as well details of previously processed claims.
• View any alerts about any pending claim audits.
• View your Spending Account balances.
• Access to Health and Wellbeing services and discounts, including the Wellness Program.
• Access to Government of Canada global travel advisories.
