Stoicism - Tempus Lock

Face time. Confront mortality. Live with intention.
Tempus turns classical Stoic wisdom into a daily practice: your distracting apps stay locked until you face how little time you have left—then you choose how to spend it.

TEMPUS LOCK (Subscription Required)
Pick the apps that steal your attention. Tempus keeps them locked with Screen Time until you complete today’s confrontation. One clear ritual. Then your apps unlock for the day. Optional emergency unlock when you truly need it.

YOUR LIFE CLOCK (Subscription Required)
Set your birthdate and life expectancy (or use country-based estimates). Your Life Clock shows remaining years, days, and heartbeats. Tap the hourglass for Tempus Fugit—a short, mindful confrontation with finite time. No guilt. No drama. Just clarity.

A DAILY PRACTICE (Subscription Required)
Build a streak as showing up becomes habit, not willpower. Tempus doesn’t tell you how to live—it helps you remember that time is limited so you can act on what matters.

CURATED STOIC QUOTES (Subscription Required)
Hundreds of quotes from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus on equanimity, discipline, purpose, and mortality. Browse by topic or mood, save favorites, and build collections. Add your own quotes and reflections.

WIDGETS & DAILY REMINDERS (Subscription Required)
Put a Stoic quote on your Lock Screen or Home Screen. Choose atmospheric themes—ruins, ocean, forest, desert, and more. Optional daily notifications bring a moment of reflection into your routine.
Ancient wisdom. Built for how you live now.
