Everything a mandal has to account for, in one place. Vargani receipts, expenses, who still owes, and the report you need for the meeting in Marathi, Hindi and English, shared with your karyakarte. For any utsav: Ganeshotsav, Navratri, Diwali, a jayanti, the village yatra, or the year's vargani.

One app, every utsav
Start a new utsav whenever you begin collecting. Each utsav keeps its own receipt book starting from no. 1, along with its own expenses, dues and reports. Members, posts, join code and logo stay the same across all of them, and older utsavs remain on the list to read any time.

A receipt that looks like a pavti book
Every receipt gets the next serial number, and that number never changes afterwards. The donor's name, the amount in figures and in words, the date, the mode of payment and the karyakarta who accepted it are all printed on it, along with the mandal's logo, the signatures of the Adhyaksh and the Khajindar, and a QR code carrying the receipt's details. You choose the wording and the picture at the head of the receipt. Send it as a PDF on WhatsApp, or print it.

Who can do what is settled
Every member has a post, and the post decides what they can do. Karyakarte collect vargani and issue receipts; the Khajindar handles expenses; the Adhyaksh sees everything. Nobody can change what isn't theirs.

Promised vargani is not forgotten
When a donor promises an amount but pays later, record it as pending. The pending list shows who still owes, how much, and who spoke to them, so nothing is left to memory.

Expenses, fully recorded
Main purchase, mandap and decoration, lighting, sound, cultural programmes, materials, food and refreshments, security, permissions, procession and transport, and social causes come as ready-made categories. Every expense can carry a photo of the bill, and the share of the collection already spent sits at the top of the page.

Reports ready for the meeting
Daily collection, collection by karyakarta, the full utsav ledger, the pending vargani list and the expense report — all per utsav. Each one exports as a CSV you can send on WhatsApp or email.

Nothing is quietly erased
A receipt is never deleted without a trace. Corrections and cancellations stay on record with the date and the name of the person who made them, so the book always adds up.

Works when the pandal has no signal
Collect vargani and record expenses without an internet connection. Everything syncs on its own the moment the phone is back online.

Adding karyakarte is easy
Share the mandal's join code. A karyakarta installs the app, enters the code, and is on the list — no forms, no waiting.

Announcements reach everyone
Programme timings, a meeting, or procession details go out to every member as a single announcement.

About money, plainly
The app never touches your collection. Money goes straight to the mandal, in cash or to your own UPI or bank account. Vargani only keeps the record.
