WorkList is a home for the work you have actually done. Instead of another to-do list, it helps you capture progress, time spent, and deliverables in a record you can review and share.

Keep work organized by project
Create groups for clients, teams, or ongoing projects. Add a title, category, notes, dates, and working time to each item. Attach files and images to the work they belong to.

See the month and the bigger picture
Browse by month, year, or all records. Filter by category and search when you need to find a decision, milestone, or file. Keep unfinished entries in drafts.

Make one record work harder
Prepare a work list for a chosen date range and export it as Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, or an image. You can also share a backup with attachments.

Optional on-device AI
After you choose to download the text model, AI can help refine work notes, continue a conversation, and draft a summary based on the records you select. You control its personal settings and long-term memory. Always review AI-generated text before using it.

Local-first, with sync when you want it
Records are stored on your device by default. You can enable iCloud to sync across your Apple devices and export a full backup for important work. No WorkList account is required.
