Thanks for using the Aspen Dental app. This update brings:
- Add to calendar on an appointment hands your phone a calendar file, so the appointment lands in your own calendar.
- Directions opens maps at the office you tapped, and Leave a review opens your office's own listing.
- Appointment dates and times are shown on the office's clock, and your booking confirmation number stays on the receipt.
- Tapping an appointment reminder opens that appointment, and cancelling an appointment withdraws its reminders.
- Book no longer asks a second time for the reason for your appointment.
- The first tap on a Discover video plays it, article titles sit under the picture, and patient story pictures are no longer cropped.
- Check In picks up where you left off if the app closes part way through.
- When something cannot load, the app says so and offers to try again.
- A swipe in from the left edge goes back, and Back is on screen on more pages.
- On a tablet or an unfolded foldable the app uses the whole screen.
- The reminder opt in and the settings screens now read and write the same marketing setting, so switching it off works the first time.
- Links to other websites open in your phone's browser, and the consent screen shows the full documents.

Add to calendar, Directions and Leave a review now open the right place for your appointment and your office. Swipe in from the left edge to go back. Book no longer asks twice for the reason for your visit. Discover videos play on the first tap and keep their captions. Appointment times are shown on the office's clock, and tapping a reminder opens that appointment. Clearer messages and a Try again when something cannot load. Links to other websites open in your phone's browser.
