About Dead in the Chat - Party Game
When the game starts, everyone gets a secret name.
It's not a word — just a few letters hidden inside everyday words, like "ok", "ll" or "day".
The moment someone types your name in the group chat, you're dead. Even inside another word: "today" has "day" in it.
So the game isn't about how you attack.
It's about getting people to type it.
■ Ordinary chat is your weapon
"How was your day?"
"Really fun!"
Someone just died.
Toss out topics that make others type it without thinking, and quietly steer away when the chat drifts toward your name.
The more natural the chat, the better you kill — and the better you die.
■ Two ways to play
· Daily mode — small kills in an everyday group chat. Whenever your name shows up in the chat, you die.
· Killer mode — mind games and deduction, like a mafia game. Your secret name is a landmine: if someone else types it, they die and you get the kill.
■ Moments like these
· When your question gets answered with exactly those letters
· When you twist a sentence to survive — and everyone notices
· When the chat keeps brushing right past your name
· When you die and watch the room as a ghost
■ How it works
· Join friends with a code — 2 to 30 players
· Your room opens right away and starts the moment a friend joins
· The group chat never ends — rankings refresh every day
· Die, and you come back with a new name 60 seconds later
· Show off your kills with kill log backgrounds, profile avatars and stickers
· Unlock achievements, titles and name tags
■ Good to know
· When you first start, a system room walks you through everything — from the rules to the shop
· Names are picked at random by the server and are never shown to other players
· You can report or block inappropriate chat, and anyone reported by 3 or more people in the same room is muted
· Hosts can remove participants, and can undo it anytime if it was a mistake
· You can delete your account in the app at any time
· Not for children under 14
· Formerly known as Killer Chat

What's new in 1.5.3
- Inviting friends is easier. Send an invite in one tap from a room where you're alone, and paste a whole invite message to join right away.
- Tap a friend's profile picture in the chat to open their profile card. See their title and stats, then tag or block them right there.
- When you get your first sticker, we'll show you how to keep collecting.
- Fixed the home screen overflowing with large text, plus other minor fixes.
