Accessibility Service use
Lock In uses Android’s AccessibilityService API to power Screen Time app blocking. When you turn on the Lock In accessibility service, Lock In detects when one of the apps you chose to block opens during your focus schedule, daily time limit or focus timer, and shows a Lock In block screen over it. Lock In does not read what is on your screen, your messages, your passwords or anything you type. The apps you pick and your usage stay on your device and are never shared. The service is off until you turn on Screen Time blocking, and you can turn it off at any time in Android Settings → Accessibility.
