In the app, select your regular pharmacy, which will be listed as your favorite pharmacy on the app homepage. You are now ready to go and can contact your pharmacy.
FUNCTIONS OF THE APP
Pre-order e-prescriptions: With two clicks you can go to “Redeem e-prescriptions”, enter the access number of your health card, authenticate yourself with your mobile phone number and an SMS code you received, retrieve your e-prescriptions with your health card and order them your favorite pharmacy.
Product search: You can search for your desired medications using the search bar at the top of the home page. On the product detail page, a traffic light system will show you whether the selected product is available and when you can pick it up.
Shopping cart: In the menu bar you will find your shopping cart, in which you can place not only products but also e-recipes and product images. You will receive a confirmation from your favorite pharmacy along with collection or delivery details.
Book appointments: Use the app to book appointments for blood collection, consultation, fitting of support stockings, etc. Free appointments at your favorite pharmacy will be displayed to you.
Ask questions: Do you have questions about contraindications, taking medications, or are not sure what you need? Get discreet advice from your favorite pharmacy.
