MigraRadar: iPhone vs Android

MigraRadar dice al cacciatore di colombacci se e dove stanno passando.
MigraRadar prima si chiamava Migratorya: stessa app, stessa squadra, nome
nuovo.

Ogni segnalazione porta con sé il dove e il quando, senza che tu debba
scriverli: apri l'app, dici quanti ne hai visti e in due tocchi sei di nuovo
a guardare il cielo.

LA MAPPA È IL PRODOTTO
Non un elenco di avvisi: una mappa dell'Italia dove i passaggi si accendono
mentre succedono. La dimensione del segno dice la grandezza del branco. Con
la barra del tempo riavvolgi la mattinata e vedi il passo scendere: è il
modo più chiaro di capire se sta arrivando verso di te.

QUELLO CHE MIGRARADAR NON FA
Non prevede niente. Non ti dà un punteggio, non dice "oggi è giornata da 8",
non promette che alle nove passeranno da te. Mostra fatti osservati da altri
cacciatori e lascia a te la lettura del cielo, che è l'unica che vale.

IL TUO APPOSTAMENTO
Apri la giornata, e chi caccia con te la vede aperta. A fine giornata resta
un diario privato ai soli soci: capi, meteo, note, fotografie. Non finisce
in nessuna classifica e non lo vede nessun altro.

LA POSIZIONE, TRATTATA COME SI DEVE
Le tue segnalazioni non portano con sé la tua posizione esatta: ognuna viene
arrotondata al centro di una cella di sette chilometri prima di partire, e
sulla mappa compare senza nome. Si vede la zona, non il tuo capanno. Sulla
mappa non compaiono gli appostamenti degli altri cacciatori. La posizione
del tuo appostamento la indichi tu, e la vedono soltanto i soci che hai
accettato e l'amministrazione di MigraRadar.

ALL'ALBA O AL SOLE
Il menu sta in basso, a portata di pollice, e la barra del tempo è sempre
sotto la mappa. Nel profilo scegli il tema scuro, per il buio del capanno,
o quello chiaro per lo schermo al sole.

IL PASSO DI OGGI
A fine giornata l'Italia intera diventa un'immagine da mandare agli amici:
dove hanno visto passare, oggi.

MigraRadar è gratis. Serve un account per segnalare, ed è riservata ai
maggiorenni in regola con le norme venatorie del proprio territorio.

MigraRadar tells wood pigeon hunters if and where they're passing. Not another app to check: the map replaces the rounds of phone calls and groups where almost no one writes where they're looking from.

MigraRadar used to be called Migratorya: same app, same team, new name.

HOW IT WORKS
Those on a stakeout report what they see, in just a few taps: how many there were, how many flocks, when. The app adds the location, time, and weather. On the map, the reports light up as they happen: with the time bar, you can scroll through the morning in thirty-minute windows, or look at it in its entirety, and watch the pace decrease.

Even "nothing passing" is information: it says someone is watching, not that the sky is accidentally empty.

ONLY WHAT YOU ACTUALLY SEE
No indexes, no forecasts, no invented scores. There are seven ranges of numbers, from 2-5 to over 500: what an eye can judge at dawn. Reports from the same pack are not merged: it is their line that draws the actual route.

TODAY'S PASS
At sunset, the day's Italy becomes an image to send to friends: where they saw them pass today. And the archive of every evening remains.

THE SITTING POINT
Create your own spot and add those hunting with you: everyone must agree. The hunting day belongs to the hide: opening, closing, culls in three age groups, photos and notes remain in the diary, which only members can see. On days of hunting silence, the day is not opened.

IT WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A CAMP
In the hide, the network is what it is. Reports that aren't sent remain on your phone with their time and are sent automatically as soon as the camp returns. Nothing is lost.

WHO WATCHES AND WHO REPORTS
Everyone can see the map: without an account, you can see the previous day; with an account, you can also see today's. To report your hide, it must be enabled: you can do so in the app under "Become a Hitter."

AT DAWN OR IN THE SUN
The menu is at the bottom, within reach of your thumb, and the time bar is always below the map. In your profile, choose the dark theme, designed for the darkness of the hide, or the light theme for the screen in the sun.

PRIVACY
Your reports do not contain your exact location: each is rounded to the center of a seven-kilometer cell before leaving, and appears without a name on the map. You see the area, not the hide. Other hunters' hides do not appear on the map. You indicate the location of your hide, and only members you have accepted and the MigraRadar administration see it. No advertising, no tracking.
