- Modu-ui Card can be used with both K-Pass cards and Smart Transportation Cards.
- You can register on the Modu-ui Card website or app after the card is issued.
■ Usable anywhere in the country, Modu-ui Card is a public transportation refund program jointly run by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and all local governments nationwide!
※ Modu-ui Card is operated with national and local government funds. Residents of participating local governments can sign up through address verification.
■ 20~53% refund on public transportation fares! Basic Type!
- Refunds of 20~53% are provided depending on the type when using the service 15 times a month.
**The start of a thrifty public transportation lifestyle, pass your transportation cost worries with Modu-ui Card!** - The basic accumulation rate is 20%. Accumulation rates are 30% for youths aged 19–34, 30% for seniors aged 65 and older, 53% for low-income households, 30% for multi-child families of two, and 50% for families of three or more.
- (April 2026 – September 2026) Due to the implementation of a temporary policy, accumulation rates range from 50% to 83.3% depending on the type during staggered commuting hours*.
