FreeStyleリブレLinkアプリはFreeStyleリブレおよびFreeStyleリブレ2のどちらのシステムセンサーでも使用が承認されています。スマートフォンでセンサーをスキャンしてグルコース値を測定することができます。FreeStyleリブレ2システムセンサーをお使いの方は、FreeStyleリブレLinkアプリで、1分ごとに保存される自動グルコース測定値を確認することができるほか、グルコース値が低いときや高いときにアラートを受信することもできます。[1][2]

同じセンサーを用いたアプリとReaderの使用
アラートは、FreeStyleリブレ 2Readerまたはスマートフォンのいずれかで（両方ではなく）のみ作動します。スマートフォンでアラートを受信するには、アプリでセンサーを起動する必要があります。FreeStyleリブレ2 Readerでアラートを受信するには、センサーをReaderで起動する必要があります。センサーをReaderで起動した場合、そのセンサーはスマートフォンでスキャンすることもできます。

アプリとReaderの間ではデータが共有されないことに留意してください。データを完全に取得するためにはそのデバイスで 8 時間以内にセンサーをスキャンします。そうしないと、レポートに一部のデータが表示されなくなります。お使いのすべての測定器から、データをLibreView.com にアップロードし閲覧することができます。

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with both FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensors. You can scan your sensor with your smartphone to measure your glucose levels. If you have a FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensor, the FreeStyle LibreLink app allows you to view automatic glucose readings that are stored every minute and receive alerts when your glucose levels are low or high. [1][2]

You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

* View your current glucose readings, glucose trend arrows, and glucose history
* Receive alerts for low or high glucose levels on your FreeStyle Libre 2 system sensor[2]
* Take notes to review your meals, insulin use, and exercise
* See reports, such as time in range and daily patterns
* Share your data with your doctor or family, with your permission [3]

Smartphone compatibility

Using the app and Reader with the same sensor

Alerts will only work on either the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader or your phone (not both). To receive alerts on your phone, you must activate the sensor in the app. To receive alerts on the FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader, you must activate the sensor on the Reader. If you activate the sensor on the Reader, you can also scan it with your phone.

Please note that data is not shared between the app and the Reader. Scan the sensor with the device within 8 hours to get a full picture of your data. Otherwise, some data will not appear in your reports. You can upload and view data from all your meters on LibreView.com.

App Information
FreeStyle LibreLink is intended to be used with sensors to monitor glucose levels in people with diabetes. For more information on how to use FreeStyle LibreLink, please refer to the user manual, which is accessible from the app.
