Nippon Choju's electronic medicine notebook ``Medicine Notebook Plus'' is a medication notebook app that is an evolution of the traditional electronic medication notebook.
You can use your smartphone or computer to take medicines received at the pharmacy, manage missed doses, send prescriptions to the pharmacy in advance, link with Mynaportal, and more.

To use all the functions of Medication Notebook Plus, you need to register as a main member.
If you have an email address, you can easily register as an associate member.
If you become an associate member, you can use basic functions such as medication notebook and health management (health care).

■Medication notebook function
You can register and check information about the medicines you are taking (prescription medicines and over-the-counter medicines) on your smartphone.
With the barcode reading function, you can easily register over-the-counter drugs (over-the-counter drugs and drugs requiring guidance). You can also view detailed information on medicines.
You can check drug information even in environments where you cannot connect to the Internet, such as during a disaster.
*This applies to the past 6 months of drug information saved on the device when you start this app in an online environment.

■Prescription sending function
Prescriptions taken with a smartphone can be sent in advance to a Nippon Chokai pharmacy or partner pharmacy, making effective use of waiting time at the pharmacy.
Electronic prescriptions can also be sent in advance. (Please check the app for compatible stores)
*You must bring the original prescription with you to the pharmacy within the validity period of the prescription (in principle, within 4 days including the date of issue).

■Medicine information automatic reflection function
・Information about medicines handed over at Nippon Chokai pharmacies will be automatically reflected.
*This feature can only be used by "primary members".
・Medications prescribed at other than Nippon Choshu pharmacies and over-the-counter drugs can also be registered and managed using QR codes or manually.
*Can be used if the "JAHIS standard QR code", which is the standard for electronic medicine notebooks, is provided.

■Family management
You can register and manage your family's medication information (prescriptions and over-the-counter medications) all at once.
*This feature can only be used by "primary members".

■Health management (health care) function
You can enter daily changes in your physical condition, such as weight, BMI, body temperature, number of steps, blood pressure, pulse, and blood sugar level, and check them in numbers and graphs.
*Android models that support NFC communication can automatically link data with healthcare devices.
*It is possible to import step count and weight data from the Google Play app "Google Fit".
