■Flow of online medical treatment
(1) Apply for online medical treatment using the app
*Please proceed to the application form from the reception button and accept it.
(2)Tap SMS and check the waiting time
* Immediately after applying, you will receive an SMS (short message) to the contact information you entered at the time of reception. You can check your order and waiting time from the URL listed there.
*While you are waiting for your appointment, please open My Page and select your payment method and upload your insurance card.
(3) Examination and examination through online medical treatment
*Please tap the start video call button to enter the room.
*The consultation fee is covered by insurance.
(4) Receiving medicines
*Depending on the details of your consultation, you can pick up your prescription medicine at home or at a nearby pharmacy.
*If you choose to pick up your medication at home, our dedicated medical staff will deliver the medication to your home.
*During your consultation, if your doctor deems it necessary, you can undergo a coronavirus/influenza antigen test, which will be delivered to you by our dedicated medical staff.
*Same-day home delivery and antigen testing are available in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba.
