This app exists to end that.

Wide shot, close-up, gauge shot — add as many photos as the issue needs. Walk the site, snap, type one line, move on. By the time you leave, the report is done.


■ As many photos as the issue needs
No limit. The report lays out up to four per page and continues onto the next page automatically. No more splitting one problem into three entries.

■ Pin every issue on the floor plan (new in 1.2)
Add a photo or a PDF of the plan — multi-page PDFs come in one page per level. Drop a numbered pin for each issue; pinch to zoom for exact spots. The report gets a plan page with every pin, numbered to match the issue pages.

■ Before and after, on one item
Close-out photos go in their own slot and appear next to the original evidence, tagged in green.

■ Circles and arrows, right on the photo
Freehand, arrow, oval, box — six colours. Strokes are stored as data, not burned into the image, so you can undo any one of them later.

■ A4 PDF, finished on site
Cover, plan pages, details, photo pages and page numbers are all built on the device. Three layouts:
・One item per page (large photos, for evidence)
・Two items per page (fewer pages to hand over)
・Table (no photos — for tracking progress)
Every time you change a setting, the real PDF is rebuilt and shown on screen.

■ No mail account required
What you get is a file. Send it through any share destination — Messages, WhatsApp, Files, AirDrop, your cloud of choice. CSV export is included too (UTF-8 with BOM, opens straight in Excel).

■ It comes out as your company's form
Add your company name, logo and a handwritten signature. Even the word "Issue" can be replaced with "Defect", "Action item" or anything else — the app and the report both follow.

■ Faster the second time
・Duplicate a past site as a template (plans and pin positions kept, photos and statuses cleared)

A short tutorial runs on first launch and ends by creating a sample site, so you can see the actual PDF straight away.
