URinControl App: Selftraining for unwanted urine loss due to urgency or stress incontinence. Start your personal exercise program to train your bladder and/or pelvic floor muscles. On top, the app provides information, you receive useful tips and you earn badges. URinControl is a scientifically proven; Thuisarts.nl also mentions the app in their information letter about urinary incontinence. The app is free of charge and secure.

One out of three women have this problem. With the URinControl app, the treatment is always at hand and you can train in private. Because it is important that everyone can use the app easily, illustrations and spoken text support the training. The app is available free of charge and data is fully secured as part of the personal health environment (PGO) of Gezondheidsmeter (Curavista.health in English).
Scientifically proven: General practitioners developed and studied the URinControl app together with patients and healthcare providers. Scientific research shows that the app is just as effective as and cheaper than regular care provided by a healthcare provider. In addition, women and caregivers were positive about the use. Users can still help improve the app by also completing the questionnaire. This is not mandatory for downloading and using the app.
